Women and girls aged 13+ including non-binary people who identify that womens' services are right for them.

Anonymous and confidential helpline and support service via telephone and email. Telephone helpline is open Monday - Thursday 6pm - 8:30pm and Friday 11am - 2pm.
ISVA (Independent Sexual Violence Adviser) services including specialist ISVA's working with peopled with additional learning needs, under 25's and people living in rural areas.
Practical and emotional support.
One-to-one counselling.
Virtual and in person Group work, including: Self-Care Group, 8-Week Core Groups, Mindfulness Groups & Monthly Support Group.
