Great North Swim | Lake Windermere, Lake District
We have limited spots for the one mile event in this increasingly popular outdoor swimming challenge. And for this event you have the choice of either a free Rape Crisis England & Wales T-shirt or a swimming cap.

Tough Mudder Midlands | Belvoir Castle, Lincolnshire
We've got space for a team of five people in what is one of the toughest Tough Mudder courses around. The mud, hills and obstacles are no joke – but just think of the sense of achievement at the end!
❗ Please note that the sign-up form asks you to fill out the details of all team members – so only one member of your team needs to do this.

This outdoor swimming challenge in Hyde Park's Serpentine lake has proved particularly popular with our fundraisers in the past.

'Crossing the finish line was me taking my power back'
Why one fundraiser chose to be part of Team RCEW.
"After I got raped, I felt my power had been stripped from me... and court was terrifying. However, Rape Crisis helped me through it all and, even though I lost my court case, I felt proud knowing I did what was right.
So I chose to run the 100-kilometre Thames Path Ultra Challenge for Rape Crisis England & Wales to not only give back [to them], but help others continue to get their power back.
Crossing the finish line was me taking my power back. I did something I never in my life thought I would do. I always thought monsters can create monsters and I wasn't going to let it happen to me. I was going to help people and it was the proudest moment of my life. No feeling quite like it."
